Common questions

I can't sign in to my account.

Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. Tap "Send sign-in link" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a fresh one-tap link, no password needed. If you're still stuck, contact us using the form above and we'll sort it out.

My plants or home disappeared.

If you're signed in, your data syncs automatically. Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If you were using the app as a guest without an account, data is stored on-device only and won't survive a reinstall.

The sun forecast doesn't look right for my home.

Make sure your home pin is placed accurately on the map and that your windows are tapped onto the correct walls. You can also mark what's outside each window (tree, overhang, building, or open sky) to make the estimate reflect your real surroundings.

How do I cancel my Plant Compass Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Plant Compass, and tap Cancel.

The camera or plant identifier isn't working.

Make sure Plant Compass has camera and photo library permission in iPhone Settings. Go to Settings, scroll to Plant Compass, and check that Camera and Photos are set to allow.
